Missy Edwards has launched her own government affairs firm, Missy Edwards Strategies LLC. Edwards worked as a senior vice president at Clark & Weinstock before starting the new firm. She served as the director of development and finance for the National Republican Senatorial Committee during the 1998 and 2000 election campaigns under its then-chairman, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.).
